This dress is great! I actually used them as bridesmaid dresses for my wedding and I love how they complimented all of my bridesmaids different body shapes. The quality of the dress is great for such a reasonable price, and the material is thick so you can't see through them. The material also doesn't really wrinkle very easily which makes traveling with it a breeze. I ordered one in S, M, and L and the girls thought they all fit true to size. They are very flowy on the bottom so order based on the size of your upper body. I totally recommend this dress and even considered ordering one for myself!

This dress couldn't be better! I absolutely LOVE it! I'm fairly tall, and it can be a challenge to find things that are pretty but still long enough that they're not inappropriate. This dress hits the mark in every category. It's flattering, it's good quality material, it's a great length for really anything, and it's a great price! My only complaint is that when I took it out of the box, a section of the lace at the bottom wasn't sewed on properly and it was coming loose. I live in Canada and the shipping is insane, so trying to get it replaced by ModCloth wasn't something I was interested in paying for. I took it to a tailor to be fixed, and now I'm totally in love with the dress.

I bought this dress for my friends wedding to wear as a bridesmaid. I think the dress is cute! The lace is much prettier in person. The dress is stretchy so you have some play with sizing, I went with a smaller size than I would have to account for some weight I am loosing and will likely be smaller by the time of the wedding. I have a small waist and it didn't hit me right at my lowest point, it hit me a little higher than my natural waist. So, we will be adding a belt for more definition. The material is soft, though it wont breathe like cotton (read: sweaty!), stretchy, and twirls nice. The bottom part looks a bit cheap up close, but from a bit away looks great. Again, the lace is beautiful and great quality! Overall, nice fit, pretty lace, needs a belt, cute style.

I was hoping to wear this to a wedding recently but when I tried it on I was disappointed by the look. The waist sat higher than I expected it to, but I could have dealt with that. My issue was the cream piping around the neckline. It doesn't stand out on the dress form picture, but when it was on me it was all I could see. It really made the dress seem far more casual than the lace suggests. It didn't feel right for this particular event and so, unfortunately, back it goes. I also was not a big fan of the weight of the dress. It felt like there should have been a little bit more to the skirt, it seemed flimsy.

Loved this in the picture and out of the box, but was disappointed when I tried it on. There was something very subtly unflattering about it on me. The material doesn't appear terribly thin, but it's thin enough to cling to the outline of my bra in the back, making it look like I have fat rolls or something. The waist is a tad high, overall making me seem pudgy --- when there's actually some give in the dress! Strange effect. I wouldn't dare order a larger size because this is low-cut to begin with...a larger size would leave me feeling pretty exposed.

I was pretty disappointed in this dress after reading all the rave reviews. The fabric feels nice and the lace is quite pretty but the overall cut is just really poor. The neckline, waist and length are really odd and unflattering proportions, and the lace looks so haphazardly stuck on the bottom. I think perhaps if the dress was lengthened overall so the waist hit at one's natural waist (you can see how for all the busty women it hits a few inches below the breast which happened to me as well), and the hem was tea-length, it would be a lot prettier and more elegant. And the neckline simply displays an odd and unflattering segment of chest, enough that it's somewhat revealing but has no sex appeal. Overall this just seems like a poorly thought-out dress.

I wore this dress for our self-uniting marriage in DC. It fits well in the bust and waist. It is free flowing and comfortable in the hips. The color is true to the photos and the embroidered lace on the bottom gives the skirt some weight so it doesn't go flying in the wind. My only con to this dress is that it is a tad short. Climbing in and out of a mini-van was fun... I will wear it again but will just need to be mindful of bending over, etc.

I am usually a size 14/16 but this does not come in a XL, so I ordered a 1X. Too big. When it arrived, before I even put it on, I realized that it's a stretchy material so I knew it would be big. When I did try it on, I was right. The top was way too big with strange gaps. The middle waist band fell at a strange place and made me look awfully frumpy. I promptly returned it for a smaller L size, hoping it would fit better. It did! The top is a little snug on my D's, but everywhere else is perfect. No more strange gaps. It's flattering as now the waist band falls right under the chest and not at a strange spot accentuating any strange belly shapes. I love it. Wore it with a taupe cardigan, navy blue tights and taupe calf-high boots. I received so many compliments!
