\n After carefully reading all the reviews and the measurements, I ordered a medium. Normally, I'm a size small or x-small in most dresses (5'5", 118 lbs, 34 A). The medium fits perfectly! The top does run small, but the sleeves fit just right at the shoulders. I'd be busting out of a smaller size, and I'm not busty at all. \nOverall, it's really a very, very cute dress! Very flattering, a classic dress, and a great color! I might order the yellow (if it's still around). I can't wait until spring to wear it (it's a bit too cold right now here in NYC--it is November.)\n

\n This dress has become one of my favorites in my collection. The only complaint I have is the bust is a little small. I am a 34C & I usually wear a small for tops with no issues, except with this dress, I cannot button the buttons. If I do button them, they usually become undone. I would trade it for a size larger except the rest of the dress fits perfectly. Like the other reviewer said, I just wear tank top underneath & no one is the wiser. I really do love this dress, the length is perfect & it looks great with or without a cardigan, so it's perfect for any weather. \n

\n This is a shout out to ModCloth and all those tall girls out there! I finally own a ModCloth dress that fits me in the shoulders and bust. : ) I have never ordered a 3x before in my life (I am usually a 16-18 in dresses, and a 16 in pants). Don't be afraid to order a larger size---it works! After reading the reviews, I decided to go w/this size, and there is plenty of room to move my arms up and around without any "puckering" in the breast area, or tightness in the arms at all. In fact, the buttons cover the chest just fine, and the elastic on the outer sleeves was a nice surprise to me. For full disclosure, I weigh 200 lbs. at 5' 11," and have an "athletic" build. This dress looks and makes me feels FABULOUS! My teenage students will be oh-so-jealous, and wish they had a few more curves! : )\n

\n A really cute dress. I am 5'5, and weigh about 135 lb. I usually wear size 4 dresses, but when I ordered, the smallest size available was large, so I ordered a large. It's a bit big by itself, but with a belt, it's perfect. Dress has a really nice silhouette to it. It's my first modcloth purchase and I am very happy with it. Only complaint is that the fabric wrinkles every easily. \n

\n This dress is a lovely color (same as in photo), accentuates my hourglass figure, is constructed from good material, with a nice full skirt that hits at the knee. However, the design leaves more to be desired. The bust and cap sleeves are a little tight, which makes the cap sleeves pook out (see photo). Also, the sewn-in waist begins several inches above where the belts loops for the sash are. However, overall I'm happy with it and think it's a good retro-inspired staple.\n

\n I've gotten so many complients on this dress. The fit is pretty exact and my shape is fairly unique to begin with. The color is so rich, it's quite the attention getter. If it were lined or made of slightly thicker fabric it would be perfect! \n

\n I just got the last small (ha!) and it came yesterday. It's gorgeous! It is a bit on the smallish side in the bust. I'm a 32B and can wear it comfortably although I wouldn't want to wear a very padded bra with it.\n\nNow that that's out of the way: BEAUTIFUL! Oh my goodness, the color! And the fit! This is glorious. I can wear it to the office, to run errands, on dates, to restaurants, etc. This is definitely going to become a staple!!\n

\n I love this dress! I'm a size 16/18, so I bought the 3X (my measurements are 45-37-47). It fits great! Not too tight or too loose. The bust fits great too (I'm a DD). Plus it falls just below my knees (I'm 5'9). The picture is true to color. I just with modcloth carried more plus size clothing. \n

\n I was waiting ages for the purple Soda Fountain dress to go back in stock before I was able to order it, and I\u00e2\u20ac\u2122m quite happy with it now that it\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s here. The color is a vibrant crayon-box purple in person (purse-swinging model picture is most accurate). After reading other reviews I ordered a Medium and it fits well; the bust is perfect and the hem comes to just above my knees. The waist of the dress is meant to fall at the natural waist, but since I have a long torso/low waist it falls an inch or so above it\u00e2\u20ac\u201dthough when I wear it probably no one notices this but me (: The belt that comes with it is fine, though I prefer the look of the dress with a more structured belt. The material of the dress is quite thin and wrinkles very easily, so it\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s a bit high-maintenance in terms of ironing, starching, etc and isn\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t something you can pack for a trip and wear straight from the suitcase. But overall it\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s a cute, versatile, and comfortable dress good for work, a date, or everyday wear.\n

\n I love this dress! I'm 25 and have three small children and wore it for New Year's Eve. It fit my hourglass figure perfectly, accentuating my small hips, and the color is rich. The height is perfect for me, I'm 5'5 to 5'6 and it's flirty enough to wear as a party dress, but I don't have to worry about bending over to scoop up my children lol. I'm a 34 C/D and sometimes I have problems with buttons fitting but it fit great across the chest.\r\nMy only complaint is that the way the sleeves are cut they squeeze into your arms if you're reaching down. \r\nI usually wear a medium, but since this dress is a button down and I have broad shoulders, I read the reviews and size up. It fit awesomely!\n
