\n This dress was could not be more perfect for my height and size. I have a petite 5'4" frame but a ridiculous 36D chest, so for me, finding a cute, summery dress that fits me in all the right places, lets me take a break from continuously readjusting, and doesn't leave me with inappropriate cleave is AMAZING. I was sure to take a picture because seeing the dress on a real woman is so helpful, and that feature is one of the many reasons I love modcloth! The flash made it look more like a royal blue, but it truly is a lovely navy. This dress is sexy, lightweight, and perfect for the hot southern summers. I can't wait to show it off!\n

\n I got this dress for Christmas from my boyfriend...I had my eye on it for so long, I thought I'd wear it for new years and take pictures of me wearing it and share it on here and give it a gleaming review...\r\n\r\nNope. This dress was soo frustrating. I wish my boyfriend and I had noticed that *WARNING TO ALL PETITE GIRLS* a "small" is a size 4-6. I'm somewhere in a size 0-2, I'm 105 pounds and 5'1, 32 B cup...very petite basically. So the torso was very baggy on me. I looked like I was wearing a saggy bag from the waist up. The part under the arms is elastic, yet it had SEVERAL inches of room in it, so it just looked awful and droopy. My bf paid the price of the dress just to tailor the front and sides to fit me, and b/c of the low-quality zipper, a tight fit ended up causing more problems (with the zipper) so I had to go BACK to the tailor to adjust it again. I noticed a lot of reviews complained the sizing was too small, but hey, people can size up. If you're under a size 3 and have a small chest, you can't size down. You're stuck with a droopy dress, returning it, or tailoring it. Just so you know.\r\n\r\nIt makes me so sad, b/c this dress will never look on me like it does in the display picture, even though this style would flatter a petite girl so well! My boyfriend already put so much money in it. Not to mention, the zipper gets stuck and jammed, and the buttons in the neck are so hard to button and unbutton, and feel flimsy like they're falling off. And, I can't return it since it has been altered. GAH!!! This has totally discouraged me from buying from modcloth.com. The color is gorgeous, the dress is good in theory, the length is perfect for someone as short as me (reminder: i'm 5'1''), I DREAMED of wearing this dress, but I grew to hate it just because of everything I had to deal with. And if a size small is 4-6, it looks like much of the stuff here I'll have to pay a tailor in order for it to fit me properly...considering these dresses are already pricey, it's totally not worth it. Come on, modcloth, my size can't be THAT strange that most of your dresses aren't under size 3, is it??\r\n\r\nFrom now on I'm just going to buy dresses in stores and try 'em on first...and tell my bf never to buy me presents from this site... ='(\r\n\r\nSo much for wearing it for new year's. It's at the tailor again; I'm crossing my fingers it'll fit better this time. I'll update with a new review if it does.\n

\n Just got this dress for Christmas! I absolutely love it. I'm 5'6'' and about 170 lbs (I don't look it...curvy lady with hips!) and the L fits me like a glove. This dress is absolutely lovely - hits me just at the knee and flows so well. I wish I couid wear it every day with a perfect set of pearls! I am absolutely in love with this dress. Previous comments are accurate - this dress IS even cuter in person! \n

\n After reading the reviews I assumed I would have to return the dress once I got it. However, it fit! It's a bit tight, but definitely wearable. \n\nI'm 5'10 and 162 pounds - I order the medium. \n\nI was planning on wearing it to work - but it's a bit short for that, just above the knee. So, I think I'll keep it as a going out dress. Like another reviewer said, I think it would be a great dress for a wedding. Flowy, but not too thin at all. Someone mentioned a problem with the buttons on the back, but they are fine on mine. Also, I had no problem zipping the side. My bra size is 36B. \n\nHope this is helpful! \n

\n As everyone else says, the armholes are a little large, but I find if I wear my black bra underneath you can hardly tell because the navy of the dress is so dark. And even with my small figure and disproportionately large breasts (30G), a large fit my bust just perfectly and the waist was comfortably loose while still jaw-droppingly flattering to my figure! The best part of this dress is it can be accessorized up to look more formal, or down to look more classy casual.\n

\n I just wore this dress yesterday and got SO many compliments on it. It is beautiful, whimsical and romantic. It is very flattering, and flows when you walk making you feel fantastic!\nI am 5'2", approx 135lbs and a 32D. The medium fits very well.\n

\n This dress is very pretty, however, the fit is too small. I'm 5'4'' 122 lbs 34C and the small is just too snug for me through the torso. I hope this item is restocked so I can try a medium. \n

\n This dress is exactly what I'd imagined. I love the high collar and sleevelessness. The fabric of the skirt is floaty and wonderful. I'm sure it will go fabulously with a pair of knee-high boots for when the weather isn't so friendly as well as with a pair of cute mary jane heels. As happy as I am with the dress, it did seem to fit a little large; I will likely need to have it taken in a bit at the sides. The zipper at the side also seems to be quite delicate. \n This dress is absolutely gorgeous. It has a super flattering fit around the bust and waist (especially for me because I am not a hour glass figure, so this dress give me shape. \r\n\r\nThe under layer of the dress is very sheer--I am exploring the possibility of a half slip to wear under it because you could see my nude colored underwear when the light hit the skirt.\r\n\r\nFinally, the dress is much shorter than I usually wear (I'm 5'5), but for some reason, the shortness worked with this particular style. I have to be careful bending over and what have you, but it did not look like I forgot to put pants on. \r\n\r\nThe polyester underlayer feels kind of like something that you would get at another store, but the dress fits so beautifully, that I'm keeping it regardless. \n
