\n The fit of these shoes is great --very comfortable, not too narrow. But I was surprised by the poor construction. They almost feel like costume shoes. There are bits of glue on the leather, the soles aren't cut smoothly. Not worth the $40. And sadly, they're not worth the cost to return from Canada. They're cute and all but I've got a feeling they won't last too many wears. \n

\n I got so many compliments on these shoes at work, on the bus, walking down the street, and wherever I went. They were a bit rounder than I expected them to be, but they go well with all my outfits all the same. They did, however, scuff up quickly after only a few wears. Nothing a little shoe polish and elbow grease can't fix!\r\n\r\nTotally recommend these if you're into looking awesome and feeling like a million bux.\n

\n Size wise, these were perfect. I have wide feet and wear orthotics and find these very comfortable and supportive. I particularly like wearing them with tights and have gotten many nice compliments every time.\r\n\r\nI went out for a night on the town and did the twist for about four consecutive hours and my feet did not hurt a bit. These shoes are alot of fun and make me want to dance.\r\nOn a sidenote, I don't know what the pinup couture thing is about because mine came labelled as 'funtasma', which as someone mentioned seemed quite costumey. These are not the best quality but they are fine for the price and do a good job, even if they won't last forever.\n

\n I LOVE the shoes so much, im super happy these shoes were my 1st modcloth purchase . I think they are a little big, but i think if i went down to a 9 or ,if they had the size,9 1/2 it would've been to tight.\r\nI feel like the shoes will crease very easily and there are some minor things that i see wrong with the shoes.\r\nOther than that, I think the shoes are perfect for me! \n

\n I was looking for some cute and comfy saddle shoes to go with some of my '40s + '50s style outfits and these do the trick. They aren't the highest quality and do need to be broken in (they hurt the top of my foot a bit the first time I wore them), but they work for my purposes. I did throw them on with some skinny black peddle pushers and got some compliments on them walking through the mall.\n

\n Normally I wear a 8.5 so since these don't come in that size I sized up to a 9. That was a mistake. They were too big and it looked like I was wearing clown shoes. I'm not sure if an 8 would fit but I don't think I like them enough to exchange so I'll be returning. \n
