who are you?

Sari (Sarene) Fisher. I grew up about an hour north of Pittsburgh in small suburban town with limited shopping options. It was during this time that my affinity for vintage fashion blossomed. I have a BA in Communications and Rhetoric and love calling Pittsburgh home.

what do you like about working at ModCloth?

I'm a Buyer, so I get to shop for a living - it's the best job in the world!

what are your other interests & hobbies?

Music is pretty important to me (going to shows, etc). Lately, I've been pretty into decorating my new apartment, watching old movies and attempting to DJ.

Are you a Winston or a Blue?

I'm more a Blue (shy and a bit awkward) but get few drinks in me and I'm totally a Winston :)

what else would you like to tell our customers about yourself?

I am *slightly* addicted to thrift store and bargain shopping- I find the processes of finding something awesome and original uniquely therapeutic.

I'd describe my sense of style as a place where vintage and basics collide.

Favorite Item (of the moment)

A vintage red swing coat with black felt buttons and bows at the cuffs. I love this coat so much! In fact, my lovely vintage coat was the inspiration behind bringing the Supercallifragilistic Coat to ModCloth.
