I got this skirt in size XS, and so the waistband actually sits at my waist rather than at lower waist or hips as in the picture. I love it; the fabric is soft and falls nicely. It has enough weight that it reallly does "swing swing" as I walk. I wear it with a bright tee tucked in.

I got this skirt in spring time and it has transitioned perfectly into the summer. It's great for casual days our or can be dressed up for an evening with friends!
