I wore this jumper so much during summer. I'm short though and had to pin the straps to the underside of the skirt so they wouldn't slide off my shoulders. It would be better to make the straps adjustable. On the plus side, this was really comfortable, especially for biking. I was afraid I was too old to wear a schoolgirl jumper, but I paired this with plaid shirts rather than a collared button-downs and it was perfect.
Very cute and versatile, this jumper is an easy fit with the stretch backing. I wore this jumper with a cream, ruffled shirt for a feminine, Victorian look, but it could certainly be paired just as well with other tops for many unique looks. Pair it with a simple oxford for the schoolgirl look as featured, or if you're daring, a t-shirt or any other contrasting style for a trendy, edgy look. The only thing I must warn about is the dying of this garment. Make sure to throw this jumper in the wash before wearing, so as not to make the same mistake I did. The way the denim is dyed, I threw the jumper on without washing and found my cream blouse stained with blue later in the day.
I love this skirt, It is easily one of my favorite purchases. My boyfriend loves this skirt too. : )
