Dark Shadows Gloves

I received these gloves today and they are absolutely beautiful! The pattern of the lace is feminine without being overwhelming or garish, which makes them perfect for the costume I'll be using them for. They would also be a fantastic fall staple, paired underneath a soft cardigan. Unfortunately, the fingers are (on me), disproportionately long compared to the rest of the glove. I don't have modelesque fingers, but I also don't have short sausage fingers--they're pretty average. For these gloves to fit me correctly, I have to inch and wiggle the extra fabric down over the rest of my fingers so that I don't have dangly lace fingertips.

I see what other reviewers mean. I have pretty big hands and my fingers still didn't quite reach the ends of these gloves. And they aren't very dainty or sweet looking when you put them on no matter how you wear them- my boyfriend said they fit like lace dish gloves! haha.

I say these gloves are true too size, and no doubt they are, but they did not fit me properly. They were almost half an inch too long in the fingers, though granted I do have short fingers. They fit alright in the hands and widthwise in my fingers(i do have fairly thick hands and fingers), but in the upper part of my arm they were too tight, which I expected. I had planned to wear them around my wrist. However, since my fingers are far too short for these gloves, I have to return them. I would suggest that gloves be made in different lengths and widths, for better fit on individuals. In the meantime, I would suggest for buyers that, if you have petite hands and fingers(or large arms and hands), do not buy this product.
