I didn't expect the colour of the bag to be so bright and fake-leather looking, it almost looks very plastic-y. I was kinda disappointed by this. I haven't used it cuz' its not my style and since i'm in canada, it will just cost me more to return this than maybe i can just re-gift it.

I loved the look of this, and received it towards the end of June. I couldn't even use it for a month because the chemical smell of the fake leather was so overbearing and took weeks of airing before it went away. Then within the first week of light use, one of the little toggles used to hold and adjust the long shoulder strap broke right off. It seems the long shoulder strap just isn't strong enough, as I later noticed it is also tearing away from the main body of the bag on both sides.
The moment I saw this bag I knew I had to have it. It is absolutely gorgeous. It's beautiful--but not brawny. At all. After just a week of use the long strap has started to tear. The contents of the bag were not heavy. Needless to say, I'm sad.
