To keep your shipping costs as low as possible, we base the rate on item weight. Heavier items cost more to ship than lighter ones, and we see no point in charging everyone an overpriced flat rate. To find out the shipping cost for the item(s) you're interested in, just add them to your cart and use the shipping calculator at the top of the My Cart page.
We process orders daily Monday through Friday, and ship via USPS Priority Mail. This means domestic orders will be delivered in 3-5 business days, and international orders in 4-15 business days. We provide a Track & Confirm number via email for every order placed online.
If your order has not arrived, please contact USPS and then us. We will work with you to find the package, but unfortunately packages that leave our offices are in the hands of USPS and we cannot help you if you haven't spoken to them.
We offer automatic free shipping on domestic orders over $100, and 10% off international orders over $100 (use coupon code intl100).
