This top by All-Mighty is as classic and sweet as icing on cupcakes! There are so many details we barely have space to write them. Scalloped edging graces the sleeves and neckline, and the contrast-color bib front is edged along the bottom with a scalloped fabric trim. The contrast-color buttons look like icing itself, with little layers of scallop trim. Delicious!
