Really love this shirt - it is the perfect transition piece to take you from summer to fall, and brings new meaning to the term 'casual chic'. It fits true to size, is very comfortable, and the colors make this a really versatile piece - pair it with shorts, or black skinny jeans and gladiator sandals, or leggings and knee-high boots for the fall - great purchase!
I'm glad I bought it because it's a great casual shirt. However, I am disappointed at the poor quality. I lost 2 buttons the second time I wore it. I hadn't even washed it yet. All the buttons have to be reinforced. It did not come with any spare buttons. I found one lost button and will move another button from the waistband to the remaining missing spot (the tie will cover it).
We're sorry to hear about the buttons on your Park Ranger Tunic. We would love to help! I'll send an email with more information.
I was very disappointed with this tunic. It's not comfy at all, but more of a rough gauze feeling fabric. As one reviewer already says it looks cheap. Also, the fold up sleeves on mine were all messed up, the buttons you attach the piece of fabric to after you roll them up were at different levels on each sleeve, and one was even sewn into the hem of the sleeve so you couldn't use it! It was a disaster, and unfortunately my husband and I didn't notice until after we had washed the garment (because I never wear anything new without washing it first). If it had not been a gift , I would have sent it back. So far out of the 4 pieces of clothing I've recieved from this site I've only been pleased with 1. Who doesn't check merchandise for defects before shipping it out to the customer!?
We're sorry to hear about the defects on your Park Ranger Tunic. Our quality control team checks all items for manufacturing defects before they leave the warehouse. Unfortunately, sometimes a mis-sewn sleeve sneaks past their scrutiny. When this happens, our customer service team rushes to provide a solution. We'll email you with further information.
