When I received this shirt I thought, "woah! bright!" It is very bright, but since I don't mind that I put it on. After I put it on and looked in the mirror I noticed that the size chart was not accurate. I have a 34C sized chest and a 30" waist so I thought the medium would be flattering. The top two buttons pull apart so I have to put a safety pin on the inside. Also the material has an itchy wool feel to it. Funny side note- I wore this shirt out and there must've been about 20 other girls wearing a plaid quarter sleeve button down blouse.
This shirt is so cute and soft! However, it is straighter than the photos indicate. I have a big bust and wide hips and a fairly small waist and there's excess fabric at the waist, particularly in back. It's tight at the bottom and I can barely button it on top. You may want to size up unless you want it to be fitted. The fabric is warm and soft and very on trend right now. The sleeves are short enough that you don't have to be constantly pushing them up- they're three-quarter-length anyways. I would definitely recommend this shirt!
