A Fine Line Top

$42.99

One often sees outfits on the runway that seem a creation of mediocrity. Conversely, one also sees a perfectly likable ensemble labeled "mistake" by a magazine. There's a fine line between being fashionable and failing. Wear this shirt, however, and you can only be stylish. This subtle, charcoal and slate top is a sure way to look wonderful. Draped with the soft cowl of its sheerly knit, thinly striped, long sleeve, outer layer, and wrapped in its ribbed, tank-style base, you'll looked poised, pretty, and perfect. Versatile enough for skinny jeans, wide leg trousers, and skirts alike, this impeccable shirt is uncommonly ideal.

I saw the picture and I fell in love with this top so I ordered it on the spot. I tried it on as soon as I got the package (very fast delivery, by the way :), but it doesn't look as nice as the picture. It's very large even though I bought a small size, and the waist area is not as fitting as the picture. It could be me being petit though. I'm returning it, but hope other people have better luck :(

I didn't realize how securely the tank was secured to the overshirt. Long story short, I love the outer piece , but the tank was kind of crappy. Half and hour and some scissor work later the inner grey tank was gone and it looks fabulous over some black leggings and a black tank. For the outer piece, the fabric was great and the neckline (where I removed said tank) just rolls right up. All in all, I'm pretty happy, but would have been happier if the description had a little more info about how the two pieces were attached (ie: not by a couple of threads).
