I am 5'3 and 110 lbs and I bought this shirt in a small. To me, it fit almost perfectly but a warning that this shirt is suppose to fit very loosely. If you are not into looser fitting clothing, I don't recommend this shirt. I agree with Kasey--it's sheer but not too sheer, and looks great over a tank. I paired it with skinny jeans and flats (or strappy sandals!) and it looks extremely cute--I'm very happy with this shirt!
I think this item is great for both layering and showcasing accessories. While it isn't scandalously sheer, it's sheer enough that it looks really pretty with a colored cami (like blue or black) under it and is great for wearing with bold accessories. I love it.
