Named in honor of the dorm floor I lived on throughout college, this marvelous Pink Studio messenger bag will carry your text books, homework, and more. Some of the women who I am still close with today lived on that floor - they were my classmates in Dr. Boyle's class and partners in midnight snack runs, and this roomy tote would have been the perfect preppy and sophisticated accompaniment to all our adventures! The faux leather shell in Bronte grey is printed with a mock linen texture, while soft Austen brown accents make up the front pocket flap, handles, and buckles. Its sturdy canvas strap is removable for light note taking sessions in a Surrealist Writers class and adjustable for heavy study hours for Art History II. Lined with a charcoal checkered gingham, the two parallel zip-enclosed compartments are each big enough for a notebook computer (like the one I still use from college) or a change of clothes for visiting family over the weekend. Absolutely 100% love this bag. Plenty of room to carry everything I need for class, and adorable to boot. I get so many compliments on it, plus a ton of use out of it. Amazing
Pretty disappointed because I think this bag is adorable, but the fabric is cheap looking for $80, and it's very thin. It looks somewhat padded in the pic, but it would offer not protection to my laptop at all. The strap is also a little short. The style is adorable though so im going to be a little sad to send it back.
The bag is a little bit smaller than I expected. I bought it for an upcoming trip and I thought I could use it as an overnight bag or a carry-on. However, it's about the size of a large purse. I'm relieved that it fits my laptop, which is one of the main reasons I ordered the bag. The other compartment is roomy, but not if I wanted to pack clothes or items like that. It would probably be perfect for a student as a book-bag.The bag is really cute, but the material is a little shiny and feels a little cheap , not what I expected for $80. It also came with a big crease in the front (probably from shipping), which can't be ironed out (because of the material), but I think if I fill it up it might not be as noticeable. Despite this, the color and style is adorable and I am happy with it. My favorite part is the brown leather flap in the front that lifts up to reveal a hidden zippered pocket. Perfect for my passport and/or other documents. I can't wait to travel with it.
