I have been eagerly awaiting this dress for a few days now (I opted for fast shipping because I fell in love with it online). However, when it came today (after I excitedly ripped it open), I tried it on and it is totally unflattering! The gray top is a lot splotch-ier and darker, duller grey. Maybe it's just me, but that shade and splotches do not flatter me. Also, the middle was tight, which showed off my skinny waist, however, it then poofed out at the hips. Pulling it down made the top look awkward, but bringing it up made my hips look even wider. I'm 140, 5'4'' with an hourglass figure (pretty average, standard), and it did not work anything. Although I've loved my past modcloth purchases (which have fit like a glove), I'll definitely be returning this one.

This dress came the other day and I am so excited! I agree with the previous review that the waist is a bit tight but it still fit me. The only issue I have is with the zipper in the back, its a bit hard to move whether the dress is on or not. I opted to go with a medium as I'm about 5'5" and 130 lbs, fits great, minus the little tightness in the waist. Overall I really like this dress!

I recieved this dress for Christmas and I love it! I'm 115 lbs and 5'3" and got a small. It fits like a glove and is very flattering. I was very pleased with the quality of the dress and unlike other reviews, I had no problems with the zipper. My only complaint would be that this dress makes me look a bit curvier then I actually am, which wasnt exactly what I was looking for. But overall Im very happy with this dress!
