Elegant & totally adorable, this skirt can easily be dressed up or down. Add a cardigan & some ballet flats, & you're off to lunch with the girls. Add heels & a slick of lipstick, & you're set for a gallery opening! I love the different shades of lace & the whisper of tulle peeking out from the bottom. Good quality & it runs true to size.
