i love the design of this swimsuit. i was very excited to be able to order it. unfortunately, it fits very short. the bottoms and top are fine on my body, but the waist is not long enough for me. i am not that tall (only 5' 6"), and it's too short! :( putting the top strap around my neck actually hurts and i had to hunch over to prevent it from bursting! eventually i removed the stitching in the top part (white part) in the center of the bust which gives it that "rouched" look. this helped give me an extra couple of centimeters and it does fit, but uncomfortably, and it doesn't look as nice without the cinched bust. if you are short, still order it! it's a beautiful suit and flatters your body in an incredible way. if you are my height or taller, take a good look at the measurements first! this is the only thing i've ordered from modcloth i haven't been satisfied with, and i've ordered a lot, so i guess that's a good sign! <3 xo
As with the previous review, the suit fits well, except around the bust. I'm about 5'1" with a curvy frame (and a size Small) and I experienced the same problem in which the waist is not long enough, resulting in the halter strap pulling painfully at my neck. I recommend ordering a size up, especially if you're curvier and/or have a longer torso.
