The boots are as red as I was hoping they would be and they are fantastic. Perfect strangers have commented on how fabulous they are. I like to wear them with all black so they really pop. They also look great with really dark skinny jeans. The only thing I would suggest is a padded insert as they are not too cushioned.
OMG LOVE THESE! They fit like a glove (true-to-size 8), have a soft and glorious texture, are a great height, and I cannot believe these are vegan! I've been on the hunt for nice vegan boots for years and these fit the bill- I actually smelled them a few times just to make sure they weren't leather haha. Very true, they are red- but not candy-apple red or anything. More of a wine-red/brown. I've paired with black tights and loved it-- and they have the uncanny ability to make my chunky thighs look skinny, a quality that will get anything 5 stars in my book!
I love the cut, fit, and feel however the color is not what I expected. As the other two reviewers indicated they are not the brownish-red I was expecting but rather a very very red. I'm still undecided as to whether as should keep them because the color is so bold and I'm not quite sure what to pair it with.
