I was so excited about these shoes. I live in Europe so really had to wait long to receive them, shipping was expensive and I had to pay for customs too. Shoes arrived in perfect quality, really pretty, I was not dissapointed at all, BUT, they were like 2 sizes too small! Hows that possible? It was written 8 1/2 what is the size I always wear, but my sister who has 6 1/2 - 7, tried them on and said thet they are more like her size. how is that possible? I am from Europe so its not worth to ship them back as shipping costs almost the same as shoes.

I'm sorry to hear the Leslie Flats in Slate didn't fit. Our intake team notes any sizing discrepancies and lists them under the composition/fit tab next to the product image. For these shoes, we suggest the customer purchase one size larger than their usual shoe size. I'll email you with more information.

I love these shoes... they are actually going to be my wedding shoes! They were very right about ordering a size up... so glad I did.
