I had the same problem with these awesome looking boots. I was unzipping them to try them on for the first time and tragedy struck. The zipper broke off in three pieces. I really want to wear them, so I plan on taking them to a shoe repair store. I'm pretty much determined to make them work. I'll let you know how it goes. Any other suggestions?

The same thing happened to me, as soon as I took them out of the box one zipper had fallen off and the other snapped right away. They fit true to size but the quality of them is not what I was expecting.

This shoe looks really nice and all but the quality isn't great. My zippers both came off and broke the first time I used them. I had to take them into a shoe store and get it replaced and the guy told me that they're not of the best quality. It cost me $20 to get the zippers fixed, the problem is that there were no stoppers at the end and the start of the zip hence when you zip up or down it doesn't stop at the end you'd take it right off which is what happened to mine and it broke too. If there were more in stock I would have returned them for store credit. Anybody else have this problem?
