I was ready to give this coat a five star review.. I fell in love with it as soon as I saw it and couldn't wait to buy it. The coat is absolutely adorable and the fit is perfect, I was also thrilled with modcloth's super fast shipping. Another reviewer had mentioned that the loops that go around the toggles are too big and so the toggles do not stay closed and I found the same problem, but I did not find that a huge problem because the coat has a zipper. I only gave 3 stars because as soon as i put the coat on to wear it for the first time one of the loops came unattached from the heart decoration! I was really upset because I loved the coat so much and expected it to be made better. Thankfully I was able to fix it so I won't have to return it.
The contrast of the white on black is very striking and sharp! It is an extremely light weight coat, almost like a windbreaker. The material is not the best, mine started fuzzing up from the sleeve rubbing on the body of the coat after a couple of wears. It is very comfortable, reminds me of pajamas! I usually wear my coat open so the toggles are not a problem for me. I got a sz. 4 and it fits fine. A looser fit but not oversized. I am 115lbs 5'4", 34-28-36.
