I am 5'5" and weight about 135 lbs and am a bit busty. I bought a Large and it fits very nicely. The jacket is really more of a denim blue than what the picture shows, but it's so cute I was more than willing to overlook this.
I simply love this jacket, it looks very victorian and would look fantastic with skinny jeans or a pencil skirt, the frilly skirt at the bottom adds a touch of femininity to an otherwise chic-ly severe cut, i LOVE this.
