I absolutely adore this coat. I am 5'5", 125lbs and usually wear Smalls in shirts/jackets, so I ordered a Small and it fits perfectly. Even the sleeves are just the right length and not too long, which is really unusual in outerwear. The material is really nice, a pretty jacquard that is drapey and soft. The chest fits perfectly and the coat falls just right over the hip. As mentioned, there is a hidden interior button lower near the natural waist that you can't see in the picture that holds the coat shut against the wind. This is positively one of the best coats I've owned, and I get a ton of compliments and "where did you get that!"'s every time I wear it.
I adore this coat not only is it absolutely elegant and beautiful but it's been keeping me warm through the cold weather we've been having. I'm normally a size M but decided to order this in an L so there would be room for me to wear extra layers underneath (v. important in this cold climate), turns out I should have just ordered the size M as the coat is pretty roomy and runs large to size. Although the coat is slightly large on me it's still beautiful and very warm <3
Coat was very cute, but it ran quite large for me. I'm a size 6, and the large was humongous. In that size, it looks too much like a maternity coat. But if you get the right size, the look is super cute and not over the top. The lining is very high quality, and there is an additional inside button that makes it button a lot further down than it appears to. Really nice quality, just too big for my petite frame. Don't expect a really fitted look. Might try to order it in a medium, depending on long it takes to sell out. ;)
