Best I Ever Plaid Coat

For size reference, I'm 5'9 1/2", 155lbs, I ordered a large. I absolutely LOVE this coat, but it seems to fit a little baggy in the waist and hip area. The front pockets kind of give it a weird shape but I think it will work for me. The medium size would have had sleeves that were too short for me. I would definitely recommend this coat, I got it yesterday and already got a compliment on it. It feels like a really thick hoodie, or a blanket, it's SO comfortable. And I think it will be really warm for winter, as long as I wear a sweater underneath. My favorite part is the collar, and that the front pockets have an extra open pocket behind the button-flap pockets, so you actually get 6 pockets!

YAYNESS!!!! im 5'3", 163 lbs and i was worried the medium would be tight, but it isnt, its a bit baggy around the midline but this is excellent for an extra sweater and - best of all - sitting down, when other coats go flumpy and weird. also the fact that it is a little big allows for easy use of the side pockets which would be hard to hide cold hands in if it were snug. i didnt have problems with the collar...it doesnt fold down, but u can button it down on one side which keeps it down, so....YAYNESS!!!! the one thing really is the shoulders, they are a bit tight, but as long as youre not going out to do jumping jacks in this coat, its cool...or shall i say...warm??

When I opened the box and held up this coat I thought it looked very well-made and I loved the color and fabric, but after trying it on, it is really baggy and shapeless around the waistline. I'm 5'7", 36C and I ordered a medium. It fits on top but bags in the middle. I think a smaller size would be too small around the bust and the sleeves would be too short. Also, the collar doesn't fold down and it comes up over my chin, which would be nice in the cold weather, but annoying to have up all the time. Sadly, I will be returning this. I wish it was more fitted through the waistline, like it appears in the photo.
