FIRST WARNING: this coat does not have pockets! the material is very different from a peacoat, it's rougher and scratchy. When I received my coat it also reeked of moth balls, I don't know why, it's like I need to air it out for a week just to wear it. The bottom is way more flared out and dress like than the picture above shows. However, the coat is heavy. I'm not sure if it's warm enough for winter yet though. If I could afford to pay the shipping to return this coat I would in a heartbeat.

My experience is identical to Ashley's!
I thought the coat was great, I had a sort of opposite reaction to Ashley's, I was expecting the material to be a lot stiffer and rough. However in my opinion it's fairly soft and comfortable. My coat didn't smell of moth balls either, which was nice! The bottom is a little more flared than what you see in the picture, that i agree. It's pretty cute in my opinion. Also one thing to note is that the zipper begins at basically the waistline/where the belt is. So the bottom is really has a skirt effect which I think is awesome but might not be for everyone. I'm very pleased with it! The colour is really true to what you see in the picture and the buttons are adorable!!
