I am a 0/2 and I got this in a small and it fit fine in the bust (34B) but was awkwardly baggy in the waist and lost its form fitting shape.
I doubt its possible to love a dress more! I wear this everywhere and get tons of compliments. I wear a large and it fits like a dream and even has a little stretch to it. LOVE THIS DRESS.
