I love love love this top. It is ridiculously soft and has a beautiful drape. The seaming for the front detail is very well-done. I'm 5'4", 127, 32B and I ordered a small. It drapes nicely on me and hits at the hip. The only note is that the armholes are long so you'll need a cami.
I have a larger build than most of the customers on this site, and therefore was excited about the measurements on this top. I ordered a large, but when it came it looked pretty big, and when I tried it on it swallowed my curves, doing nothing for my figure. The top was comfortable and unique, but the fit was definitely not worth the price. I tried a cami underneath it (since you can see your bra through the armholes) and that improved the fit a little, but I had to send it back. *sigh*
This top gets lots of compliments. I bought it because I needed something casual but with a deep neckline to wear with an unusual Mexican silver necklace. This top was perfect. It does run a bit large. I ordered a small and it's quite roomy. I am 5'4" with a 36 inch bust, and usually order medium in tops on modcloth. Like Sarah said, you do need to wear a camisole, the armholes are quite large. It looks nice with white jeans.
