I've been coveting this dress for ages and finally decided to buy it - very glad I did. Great buy. I will have to take the dress in a little, I am a 32 A, around 90-100 lbs and a Small is just a little saggy - but I expected this from reading the measurements and bought the dress knowing I'd have to alter it. That said - I love the dress. The red of the tartan is so vibrant and the polyester material is soft and comfortable - the material is stretchy so it falls nicely on the bottom half of the dress and has great movement as you walk. The dress seems as though it would be very versatile in terms of fit - for me its a looser, more casual fit, but for a bigger busted girl it would be more fitted, but still cute. The length is also perfect, about 3 - 4 inches above my knee, so a good, modest length without being dowdy or disproportionate. If you're worried about the elastic waistband being too tight, I recommend ordering a larger size - I think the dress looks good with a looser fit, and it seems very easy to alter if it's too big - not so easy if it's too small.
The dress is very cute. I have big bust (32E) and I was afraid it wouldn't fit well and would be too short, but everything is OK except for the waistband, I suppose it should be placed a little lower. Anyway, the dress is lovable.
