I took the other reviewers advice and ordered a medium rather than a small (I'm always a size 4) and I'm so glad that I did! It fits perfectly. The material is wonderful, very good quality. It is fully lined, and a bit heavier than I expected which just adds to its appeal. It is the perfect dress to have in your closet for work or play!! Thanks modcloth, this is my favourite dress yet!
This dress is well-made and absolutely work-fabulous in person! But, if you are busty and have some junk in your trunk like I do, order the next size up.
I got my dress in the mail today, and although I was very impressed with the material (great make -- love the high quality lining, although it is dry clean only), the back seams poked out above my bum awkwardly. I am returning it because of it's higher price tag, but I will certainly find a cute alternative. Liked: The collar -- it is so sweet and different! The color -- the photo is very true. The back -- those three buttons make the piece awesome! The armpits -- they did not sag or cut too deep, neither did they cut into my arms The lining -- it made it seem really well made! Note: I'm a 34B, and the M was a perfect fit on the top -- it would be too snug on anyone bustier.
