This dress is exactly how it looks in the picture. So cute and the fabric is really fun and different. The ruffles make is dressy enough for work and the straps are super wide so I can wear it alone too. This'll be very versatile for winter with boots and in the summer with sandals or flats. The top fits perfectly on me too (36b and 33w). The only thing keeping me from giving it four stars is that the chain on the should arrived broken, but nothing a relinking and needle and thread can't fix quickly. Overall very adorable.
I love this dress. It is really flattering to wear and really comfortable - as in, the ruffle combined with the overlay means you can eat dinner and not hold your belly in all night b/c it's covered by both and you still look slim! I wore it to the Met on Christmas Eve and felt lovely, with black tights and black mary jane peeps, a small metallic clutch and drop earrings. Two thumbs up! Well made and fits true to size, if not a little loosely through the middle.
this dress...AMAZING. i honestly was asking everyday if it had come in...and it finally did...and was WELL worth the wait. the slip underneath helps hold everything in and the ruffle helps hide it all. this dress is so comfortable. i bought this for a wedding in may and since ive gotten it in december, ive tried it on over and over because i feel so great in it(:
