I'm still torn on this shirt. When I first tried it on, I hated it and wanted to return it immediately. After about 30 minutes, I began to notice it cinched in my waist and was pretty flattering, yet the ruffles are annoying and the open front below the buttons is NOT flattering for me. I tried a shirt under and that is far better. I tried it open (unbuttoned) and that is worse! I even contemplated cutting off the damn ruffles, but I'm not sure yet, lol. My boyfriend took one look at it on the hanger and said he didn't like it, but I didn't try it on for him. Still contemplating it but I'm also return a strapless dress I got on here (too short for my big thighs) so maybe it won't be out of stock soon hahaha
I was also surprised by the gap below the buttons (nice job covering that up Modcloth), but I do like this shirt. It fits well and flatters my curvy body type. It's also very soft and comfortable.
Although I love the woven part, the shirt is terrible. The ruffles don't lay right and look akward, their stictching is sloppy and looks cheap, the shoulders are loose even for me (36D), and worst of all, the bottom of the shirt opens to show your stomach. Had I know this, I would have never bought it. It's out of stock, but mine will be returned.
