I wanted to update my new winter coat, and this coat appeared to balance form and function. I was very excited when I read that it scored a 4/5 on the warmth scale, but truly, after wearing it now, it should score closer to a 3/5. I love in lower-upstate New York and I find that this coat doesn't cut it for mid-winter. However, it's going to a super stylish late fall/end of winter coat. People can't seem to stop commenting on how fabulous my coat is.
After receiving this coat in the mail, I could already hear my old coat saying, "Tell me, who was it you left me for? Was it Laszlo, or were there others in between? Or aren't you the kind that tells..." I've been wearing it ever since. Here's looking at you, Coat...
A very nice coat. It's a little less fitted in the waist than I'd hoped, but still quite flattering. One of the pockets is half unsewn, which I'll have to fix. Can't wait to wear this out, though!
