This dress is super cute. I usually wear a size 6 and ordered the medium and it fits perfectly. I was debating whether to get the small and am glad I did not! The fabric is a bit on the thin side, its a light cotton. However the black and white dotted layer at the bottom isn't just a ruffly add on, its a full under skirt, so the thin fabric isn't really an issue. I would definitely recommend this dress!
The material is a bit cheaper than I was expecting for the price. What the material lacked in quality however, I felt the dress made up for in fitting great and looking awesome. I am 160 and 5' 7" and I ordered a 12.
I'm 5'5" and 150lbs, I ordered a medium and it for perfectly, hitting just above the knee. It looked just as pictured.
