I absolutely adore this dress. The skirt brightens my day and is fun to swish around in. I wore it to school with yellow Jellies and the compliments didn't stop coming. The only thing I wasn't too keen on was the length. If it had been just an inch longer I would have been fine. Otherwise, I totally recommend it to anyone and everyone looking for a great simple dress to carry them through the day.
I'm not really sure how I feel about this dress. The collar is a bit overpowering on me; it didn't seem as large in the pictures. The top part isn't as white as it looks either...at least not when hanging next to another white dress I own. The skirt and the belt are really cute though, and the colors are great.
