A great dress that can be dressed up (stockings and heels) or dressed down (red jersey t underneath and black sneakers surprisingly enough looked really good). Very slimming from the front, however, the zip is really long (almost the length of the whole dress) and as a result it bulges quite a lot around the bum area. I also found the elastic on the back wasn't quite firm enough (it fitted more like a medium in the top than a small). I had a seamstress make the zip shorter and add some darts in the back and it is now perfect. Lets just hope the summer holds out long enough to get plenty more wears of this wonderful little black dress!

I really love this dress being an addition to my wardrobe. It's very figure flattering, and the silhouette is very nice. A dress that shows the best assets! The belt detail in the front makes my waist look really tiny, and I'm always asked if I'm losing more weight, or being told I look very good! The front boning is like a corset, but don't worry, breathing is no issue! This lovely frock is very comfortable, easy to wear and chic! My only true worry is that the top can be a little revealing on it's own, and the paper-bag collar doesn't stand up, (at least not on me, being a tad busty!) but it's looks really nice with a pretty cami or lace under it. I have worn it SO many ways! From just a v-neck tee under it, a waist coat over it, or a shear red top, or a lace shrug. Sometimes I'll vamp it up, and wear all black with it (or the Kiss From a Rose tights!) or add some colorful leggings. In conclusion this dress is a MUST! It gives the "little black dress" a twist by being Noir an not just plain black, and it's very flattering. For a lady who wants to wear a dress more form fitting, but hates her tummy, this is for you. It's pretty, unique, and fun to wear.
