Flirty yet sophisticated, this dress is sure to impress! Suitable for the workplace to the party scene, I have never had such a versatile garment. The high neck collar adds a Victorian look to a modern dress for timeless beauty. The small back enclosure is subtle and the three navy buttons above are simply adoring! The waistband curves the body and makes the perfect hour-glass body of a woman! Words cannot explain how much I LOVE this dress from the flowing bottom to the high-neck collar. Simply splendid!!!
