100% Polyester. The top fabric has very little stretch, but the skirt fabric does have stretch.

Machine wash cold, inside out. Hang dry.
This is by far my favourite dress I've ordered from Modcloth. Its amazing: every detail gives it a little extra flare. The colour is gorgeous, the bow is perfection, and the short skirt balances the modest blouse. I found the perfect matching shoes, and am excited to debut this at a garden party soon!
I have to say...this dress is the best! I have literally been stopped while crossing the street by women I don't know who just have to tell me how adorable the dress is. With reactions like that, how can you say no???
I bought this dress and have worn it several times already, after the second wearing the top button fell out, but I think it looks cuter with the top button undone anyways! I've been complimented by strangers twice about the color of the skirt part. I love the fitting of the dress also, It wasn't short on me, however i'm only 5'2 and got a medium. I wear a medium in clothes i buy in stores, so this was a perfect match for me! absolutely love it!
