Named for a Neko Case cover, this lil' number is perfect for an outdoor concert. 100% cotton and an earthy bella mushroom color, this dress has a five button placket at the bust, surrounded by pintucking and a tie-back waist. The yoke is edged in crocheted lace with adjustable drawstring sleeves. Slip it on with cute flats, a bangle, and a bag big enough for your blanket. Then, lay back and enjoy the tunes in rockin' style.

the only complaint i have with this dress it that it's so short, but i hear that's common with modcloth. i'll probably start ordering a size bigger in the dresses, just to get a little more length. other than that, it's adorable.
I love this dress. Only complaint is that it gets easily wrinkled, so it may bunch up at the bottom. Other than that it makes a great shirt with skinny jeans. It is really thin, like a shirt, so it is versatile. But be careful busty ladies! I cannot wear any bras with any padding whatsoever, it just makes me look fat, not voluptuous. Pair with a belt and tights if this is the case.
I agree that this dress is lightweight & short! I almost sent it back because of that, but am glad I didn't. A half slip does the trick just fine. Since we're getting into winter, I wear it now with a black tee & it looks great. I got the vest, too. I love that vest, but am loving the idea of the reviewer who wears this dress with the fur vest. Great idea. I wear it over a ruffled black skirt to pick up the black of the tee. I like the gold tights, but other brights would look good, too. Leggings are always an option. So I'm glad I kept the dress...I'm getting a lot of mileage from it.
