This dress fit me almost perfectly. I have a fairly large bust (C cup) and the chest fit very nicely. The reason I say "almost" is because I am a petite, so the shoulders were a little high, but not enough to be noticeable. I ordered a size M, since I am usually a 2-4, and it fit. So I guess I would call the sizing small-ish. (The measurements were correct, though.) The only problems I have with this dress are that a) it is marked as "dry clean only", and b) it is unlined. With a denim-ish dress, it would have been nice if it were lined. (Also, the pockets are only for show. There's nothing underneath the flap. Just FYI.)
This dress is just as cute in perso as it is on the computer screen. I am 5'9" so unfortunately it was too short for me. If it was just a little bit longer it would have been perfect and I would have kept it. I would definitely say it is true to size.
Honestly, I thought the dress was just kind of "meh," and made me look like I was trying to be a 5th grader...
