I'm sorry that some people did not enjoy this dress, I am about 5'6" 115lb, and I had a great time out in this dress. The cut is very 70's and flowing, and looked great in the wind. The slip is flattering, and the dress is see-through. It looks very good on a night date or to the theater. The dress fabric looks much better than in the picture, and the color is a great purple. I can't wait to wear it again.
Very, very disappointing. This dress is just awful. The fit is poor, the dress is unflattering. I was apprehensive about buying this because the other 2 reviews were so bad, but I thought, "I'm 5'10", 125 lbs, there's no way it can look bad on me." Well, it looked horrendous on me, somehow. I had three of my friends try it on as well, and it looked awful on all of them, too. I tried belting it at the waist, etc and nothing helps this dress. It's a lost cause. I can't return or exchange it, and none of my friends will take it. What a loss.
