I loooove this dress. I admit I bought it partially because of the name and description, as my family vacations in the Outer Banks every year. But when it came in the mail and I tried it on for the first time I was astonished at how adorable it is. Yeah it's a tube top, and I'm small-busted so there is the worry about it getting pulled down, but this is by no means the fault of the dress, just logic. :) Sorry, I am rambling on but I strongly recommend this as a summer dress. The pocket is large(ish) and can fit a phone (although that can drag the dress down if it's too heavy), keys, and lip balm. What else do you need at the beach?
