This is not a dress. Unless you enjoy showing off your knickers, you'll need to wear this as a tunic. It becomes sheer right at the hip.
This is one of my favorite dresses and my first order on ModCloth.com. I am very happy with the fit and style. Just perfect. And I've received many compliments on this dress! :) This is the reason why I keep revisiting ModCloth!
Very cute! The bottom "tier" is a little sheer but everything above it is not see-through. The bottom seam/tier hits me in the upper thigh so I suppose those confident enough to wear a micro-mini could go without a slip, but I'd either add a slip or wear with leggings.
