55% Cotton, 40% Polyamide, 5% Spandex. This fabric does have stretch.
Fit
Adjustable shoulder straps. Self-tie belt at waist. Elastic smocking provides stretch through bust and waist - measurements unstretched and stretched are given below.

This dress is very cute, and I love the color, but I struggled with whether to keep it. The fit is true to size, but from the ruching at bust to the line of the waist is LOOSE. It does not hug the black dress beneath, and sort of "puffs out," which is not flattering. I can only wear this w/ a wide black belt. Be aware the dress WILL ride up, so leggings or even jeans are a must.
This dress is cute. It's very short so you definitely have to wear leggings with it. It is made very well and definitely makes a statement. The only thing I dislike about it is that the tiers of the skirts hit a little high on the body and kind of aren't in the most flattering place for a girl's body. Really cute though. I am in love with this dress!!!!!!! I just got it today and I can't wait to wear it out. I am 5'6" and the dress, like the others have said is very short, so yes, leggings. I don't have the same problem as some of the other reviewers. The dress fits me great. The blue doesn't puff out on mine, it fits nicely. The material (blue and black) is cottony, not silky (which it kinda looks in the picture) so it does stretch and hug (but in a good way). I recommend this if you are thinking about it. :)
