I really liked this dress in pictures on the site, but when I received it the material wasn't what I expected. The black is very thin and super staticy while the border on the hem is a very heavy and stiff dark brown, not really the champagne color pictured. The front was also a little weird with the padded inserts because they actually sat right above where my boobs would sit in the top. I have a 34 in waist (bought a large) and the back elastic was actually a bit big and sagged oddly. So unfortunately I will be returning it and looking for something else.
Love the material and color. But this dress is not built for my body. I'm typically a size 6/8, and after reviewing the sizing/measurements for this dress, I ordered the medium. It was WAY too big, the elastic sagged quite dramatically in the back. So I reordered it in small. It was still way too big in the chest and back. Also, the chest is lined with two inserts similar to that in a bathing suit or bikini. They are not sewn in well, so they flop around, making my chest look lumpy and very unbecoming. I think this dress might work very well on an extremely busty woman, which I am not. Beware if you're upper frame is on the small side of the sizing chart.
I like this dress a lot but it has some weird padded inserts in the bust which don't quite sit properly on my chest, going to have to get it altered it remove them.
