This was my first Modcloth.com order. When I opened my box I was SO disappointed! I was planning on wearing this dress for Christmas, but not anymore. The fabric is unbelieveably cheap, like a tissue-weight tee-shirt material. You can see right through it. The dress is inappropriately short on me-not cute. I'm returning this just as fast as I can!

This dress is on the short side, however, its not inappropriate if paired with tights. The material is a little thin but i like this because it makes it suitable for layering with cardigans. The overall construction of the dress seems solid to me and the fit was spot on.
