True to size, but a bit snug. I am usually a size 10 and ordered the large and it is a bit tight in spots, but not too bad. Love the extra fluff at the bottom, gives it an extra umph to the dress. The neck line also falls perfectly for me, low enough to show skin, but does not really show too much cleavage. A bit too short for my taste (I'm 5'3 and it ends about 2 inches above the knee) , but too many pros to not wear. Very pretty dress.

The dress is adorable. Like the people before me have said, the neckline is sweet--shows skin, but not cleavage. It flairs out a little bit at the bottom and the fabric has a little bit of a sheen (not satiny, but like a silk cotton) so it can be dressed up or down. I bought a medium and I'm 5'1. The dress comes 2-3 inches above my knee (a little short for my liking, but it's tasteful). The only thing I don't like about the dress are the sleeves. They look cute as they're almost dropped off the shoulder, but it's uncomfortable and sometimes impossible to lift my arms/move them in certain positions. If I lift, the dress tightens around my chest and lifts up too high at the bottom. It zips without any trouble so I know it's not too tight. For me, it's so cute I'm willing to deal with it, but just a heads up!

I love this dress because of its unique neckline. I always wanted a dress with off-the shoulder sleeves. The print is very pretty, especially with the light sheen of the fabric, and the petticoat really does give the dress an extra "fluff". I am 5'4'' and the dress hits about 1 inch above my knee. I am usually a size large, and the large fits me well. The only problem I way with this is dress is that there is extra fabric between the bust and waist. Perhaps it is the asymmetrical pleating or that I am small-chested, but that section of the dress is a bit large. Nonetheless, the dress is perfect for any event, depending on how you style it.
