this dress is hot hot hot. i usually feel very uncomfortable going bra-less, but the roomyness of the top balanced with the security of the bow at the back made it no issue (FYI i am not particularly busty). i got a size small, and i am usually a US size 6 (Aus size 10), due to the elastic across the back of the waistband it was a perfect fit, and i felt hot even though i was having a bloated day. i wore this to the opera with brown heels, not unlike the 'through thick and thin' heels, red lipstick and glasses and felt suitably bourgeoisie.

The dress is so comfortable and pretty and it smelt really good when I got it! I'm a girl with more meat on her (5'8" 150 lbs) and this dress doesn't accentuates what I don't want to show. The fit is true to size, however the only problem is the top. The bust is a bit big for me even with my 36C but with a little tailoring it should be fine.

This is really a lovely dress in all aspects - cut, craftsmanship, material, singularity...I could go on. The fabric is very soft and it the layered skirt gives this dress flounce and movement. The dress looks great from all angles, it's unique and eye-catching and the open back adds a hint of mischief but keeps it classy. One thing to consider: there's no real way to conceal a bra with the open back I decided to opt out on wearing a bra with this dress. The dress is loose at the bust, the fabric is medium-weight and dark so I don't think the results are at all vulgar; OTOH I'm fairly small-chested so bustier girls might want to take this into consideration.
