Just got this dress today in the mail. I too, was a little afraid it would make me look a bit childish, but it's really cute and unique. I've never been disappointed with any of my purchases from modlcoth! I heeded the other reviews of this dress in regard to size and ordered a medium. I'm 5'8 and 115 pounds and it fits perfectly. I 'm so glad I didn't go any smaller. I can't wait to wear it out on the weekend with some black tights and oxford heels:)
Love love love this dress. I was hesitant to buy it because I have a very petite, slim figure and I was afraid it would make me look childish, but the fit is flattering and the sleeves weren't too puffy like I thought they would be. The Small fits like an X-small, though, so be sure to check the measurements. I usually wear an XXS-XS, but even with this size, the waist is a little snug on me.
This dress arrived today and I was sooo excited to try it on. When I tried it on, I couldn't pull the dress up past my hips! Sadly I will have to return this :(
